Becoming a Member of Mind Monmouthshire
Mental health problems can affect anyone - rich or poor, young or old - shattering the lives of those affected and the people close to them. One in four of us will experience mental health problems at some point in our lives.
Mind Monmouthshire works for a better life for people with experience of mental distress by offering help, information, support and providing direct services such as supported housing, drop-in centres, counselling, welfare rights and money advice. We strive to improve the quality of life of people who experience mental distress and end the stigma and discrimination that they encounter.
To make any of this possible we need contributions from people in many different ways. One way is through membership; without members our Organisation would cease to exist. Your support as a member will allow Mind Monmouthshire to continue to provide help and support to the people that need it most.
What Members can expect
As a member you will receive newsletters, information about Mind Monmouthshire events, invitations to events such as the Garden Party and the Annual General meeting.
