At our drop in in Monmouth we have a range of activities available. These include arts and crafts and a variety of card and board games. We also have gentle keep fit with a trained instructor once a fortnight. A counselor visits every Friday and we can make appointments to see him if you feel that it will help you. We have occasional trips out to the seaside or the theatre and we talk as a group about where to go. In the summer we have an annual barbecue. We also have a winter fair where we sell all sorts of items to help with our funds. Tea and coffee is available at a reasonable price. Come and visit us we are always welcoming.
