Welsh lightweight boxer Kieran Gething from Abergavenny, supports Local Monmouthshire mental health charity Mind Monmouthshire. The 26 year old boxer from Abergavenny recently dropped off one of his punch bags for Mind Monmouthshire clients to use in one of their supported houses. This year marks the Charity’s 40 years of service to Monmouthshire and Kieran Gething is showing his support and raising awareness of mental health.

In celebration of their 40th Birthday #40yrs4MentaHealth our local charity Mind Monmouthshire has launched a fundraising appeal to raise much needed funds to continue and develop services for the people of Monmouthshire, and is reaching out for your support.
New funding received from National Lottery, Community Foundation Wales, Abergavenny Town Council and Chepstow Town Council
Local, independent, mental health charity, Mind Monmouthshire, marks its 40 years of service to the county, and there are many ways you can be involved in celebrating and raise awareness around mental health.
Bristol Mind currently run a helpline for Trans and non-binary people and their friends and family. This national helpline runs two nights a week and they are appealing for £10,000 to expand the service to run three nights a week.
