Stacey Smithson aged 38 from Redbrook has taken on the huge challenge of not one, not two but an incredible nine 100km ultra-marathons. Stacey’s Challenge is raising awareness for Mental Health with 80% of proceeds going to National charity Mind and 20% going to local independent charity Mind Monmouthshire.

From Mountains, to Coast and Cities, Stacey Smithson from Monmouthshire takes on Nine 100 km Ultra-Marathons for two Charities
The club fundraised through the pandemic by posting an incredible 100 exercise videos which raised £1000. The money has been split donating equipment to the junior section of Chepstow Rugby Club and £500 has been donated to Mind Monmouthshire.
Mind Monmouthshire have a new partnership with Capsel Homes estate agent. Every time Capsel sell a home, £50 will go directly into their ‘Community Pots of Gold’ fund to support three local charities: local mental health charity Mind Monmouthshire, Cyfannol Women’s Aid and Dads Can Cymru project.
